Richie Gibbs is part Texan, part Iowan, and all American. He attended film school at the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned respect as a writer, director, and cinematographer. Upon graduation (B.S. with honors), Richie moved to New York City where he worked in various capacities of production at Comedy Central and USA Networks, and for many independent feature films. He has worked with talented actors such as Alec Baldwin, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Amy Sedaris, Will Ferrell, Cheri Otari, Wynona Ryder, Paul Rudd, and directors such as Ed Burns and Juan Campanella (Oscar winning director).

Richie currently resides in Los Angeles. His production company, StereoLight Productions, has several film and TV projects in varied stages of development.
